Import Export & Transport of LPG
Transport of LPG (Liquefied Propane Gas) from the refinery installation to the LPG cylinder filling plants, bulk depots and major industrial end-users can be arranged by a special trailer.
LPG needs relatively low pressure (2 bars) to become liquid. For this reason the transportation of LPG is easier than LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas).
LNG must be put under a special temperature (-160oC) during the transport and also during storage. For this reason the transport of LNG can be arranged through special ships or trucks.
The other kind of transportation of LNG is by pipeline.
